FOAMFIXER III K is an easy-to-use, portable, and completely self-contained ELECTRO/HYDRAULIC-powered Silicone RTV Fire Barrier Foam dispensing machine. Requiring no additional equipment.
The innovative design is built for production, with the operator in mind when sealing fire-rated openings containing various penetrants to confine smoke, flames, gases, and airborne contaminants, or areas containing water-sensitive equipment.
It automatically mixes the A & B components in the dispensing nozzle, allowing the operator to precisely control the material flow and placement. This helps you quickly and correctly construct a fire barrier seal in floors, walls, or complex multiple-cable-tray pass-throughs, with consistent fine-cell-structure foam that passes inspection the first time. Stopping the high failure rate of 5 out of 10 attempts when hand mixing. Controlling the cost of fire barrier installation.
The exclusive stir-and-hose recirculation feature eliminates the need to hand stir A & B components, simplifying the preparation of Silicone RTV Fire Barrier Foam. Plug the dispensing gun into the recirculation fittings, then push a button.
