FOAMFIXER III K is suitable automated mixing, metering, and dispensing equipment for the installation of DOWSIL 3-6548, HRS HR-PS-80, 3M Fire Barrier 2001, STI PENSIL PEN200, and MRF500 two-part Silicone RTV Fire Barrier Foams. FOAMFIXER III K can also be used to dispense DOWSIL 3-6548 to protect electronic devices.

FOAMFIXER III K is a self-contained, portable ELECTRO/HYDRAULIC-powered Silicone RTV Fire Barrier Foam dispensing machine. It produces repeatable, consistent fine-cell structure foam for sealing penetrations quickly and professionally in fire-rated floors, walls, and ceilings to confine smoke, flames, and gases, areas from damaging airborne contaminant infiltration, or areas containing water-sensitive equipment.

FOAMFIXER III K is a portable, completely self-contained electro/hydraulic dispensing machine to reliably and efficiently install consistent fine cell structure Silicone RTV Fire Barrier Foam. Hydraulic pump (H) and compressed air (A) controls are located on the dispensing gun, making FOAMFIXER III K a one-man operational machine.
2. Places RTV Fire Barrier Foam quickly.

Two seven-gallon stainless steel tanks hold 100 lb A and B kits of Silicone RTV Fire Barrier Foams. A coated silicone mixer blade enclosed within the dispensing gun’s quick-release nozzle dynamically mixes A and B silicone components keeping the operator on task installing the fire barrier foam.
3. Eliminates hand stirring, plus no need to clean out equipment after each use.

Exclusive built-in stir and hose recirculation system simplifies silicone preparation, eliminating the need to hand stir or clean out the hoses or the pumping system. Foamfixer III K’s ready to go design features greatly assist you in the repair and modification of RTV Silicone Barrier Foam installations in fire-rated floors, walls, and ceilings. Foam can be stored in the stainless steel tanks.
4. A&B silicone components ratio tests are fast and simple.

With the quick release dispensing nozzle removed, direct the flow of A&B components into separate clear containers.
5. Variable RTV Silicone flow rate adjustment permits filling small penetrations with no waste.

A turn of the silicone flow rate knob allows the operator to precisely control the flow of RTV Silicone Fire Barrier Foam. A tube extension allows installation into hard-to-reach places.
